To every manufacturer at CPHI with a finished product and no legal way to sell it in Europe:
You do not have a product problem. You have a licence problem. And it just got solved - on Thursday.
You know the conversation. You have had it six times today already.
They like the product. They like the price. Then they ask who your licensed wholesaler inside the EU is. And the meeting is over.
Last Thursday that stopped being your problem. A brand-new, fully licensed, cold-chain-cleared EU wholesaler just switched on in Lithuania. Empty order book. Phone on. Run by a woman who has built this exact operation before, for one of the biggest distributors in Europe.
She is walking these halls right now. Message her before the person standing next to you does.

Tell her where you are, she comes to you.
Let's be blunt about why you are walking these halls
You have a product. It works. It is registered somewhere, or it is ready to be. You have flown halfway across the world, badge round your neck, walking aisle after aisle looking for one thing: a way into 450 million European patients.
And every conversation ends the same way. "Do you have an EU wholesale licence?" No. "Do you have a GDP-compliant partner inside the Union?" Not yet. "Who is your Responsible Person?" Silence.
So you go home, hire a consultant, and start an 18-month licensing crawl through a competent authority that does not answer emails, in a language you do not speak, burning cash every month while your competitor - who already has a partner inside the fence - eats the market you were born to own.
That is the hassle of Schengen. Not the border. The paperwork behind the border. The warehouse you have to qualify. The quality system you have to write. The person with the pharmacist's licence you have to find, hire and keep.
We already did all of that. Four days ago. It is sitting right here, licensed, inspected and waiting.
Read what the regulator actually wrote. Not what we say. What they say.
Do not take a t-shirt's word for it. Here is the public record, straight from the Lithuanian authority, and here is the link so you can check it on your phone before you finish this sentence:
- Licence holder: Clusi Pharma, UAB. Company code 307404023.
- Licence number: 0985. Issued 2 October 2026. Status: valid.
- Permitted activities: procurement, supply, export.
- Permitted products: products with an EEA marketing authorisation - and products without one, for export or named-patient supply.
- Special categories, all permitted: cold chain, immunologicals, blood-derived products.
- Operating site: Savanorių pr. 178, Vilnius, Lithuania. EU. Schengen. Eurozone.
Read that cold chain line twice. Most brand-new licences come out of the gate restricted to the boring, room-temperature stuff. This one did not. Vaccines, biologics, insulin - cleared from day one.
"Fine. But a four-day-old company? Who the hell is running it?"
Fair question. Here is the answer, and it is the whole reason the licence came out clean.
Justina Krukonytė-Racz. Licensed pharmacist. Director of Clusi Pharma. The name on the application.
Before this, she was the licensed Responsible Person for wholesale distribution at Tamro-Phoenix in Lithuania. Tamro-Phoenix is not a start-up. It is part of the PHOENIX group, one of the largest pharmaceutical distributors in Europe. She did not inherit their Lithuanian warehouse. She built it from scratch - the licence, the GDP system, the processes, the people.
She sits on the board of the Lithuanian Pharmacists' Association. The regulator who signed licence 0985 knows her by name. So does half the industry in the Baltics.
The company is four days old. The operator has done this before, at scale, for one of the biggest names in the business. That is not "new." That is a veteran who finally put her own name on the door.
Here is exactly what we will do for you - and exactly what we will not
What we will do
- Be your GDP wholesale partner. Once your product is authorised and released in the EU, it moves under our wholesale licence, our GDP system, our Responsible Person. Procurement, supply, export - across the whole Union.
- Coordinate the import side. Product coming from outside the EU needs an import authorisation holder and a Qualified Person to release each batch. We do not hold that licence ourselves - we work with MIA and QP partners who do, and we line them up for you so the chain is compliant end to end.
- Be the party to your transaction, for a fee. You have a buyer in Germany and a seller in India and nobody in the middle with a licence? We are the middle. Buyer, supplier, exporter - whichever role the deal needs, for an agreed fee.
- Facilitate. Introductions, structure, documentation, the dull compliant plumbing that turns a handshake at CPHI into product on a shelf in Europe.
- Cold chain included. Low-temperature handling is on our licence. Bring the vaccines, the biologics, the insulin. We are built for it.
- Sell you the whole thing. If you want to own a clean, licensed, operating EU wholesale entity instead of spending two years and a small fortune building one, we are open to acquisition conversations. Plainly. Today.
What we will not do
- We will not fund your project. We are not investors. We do not put capital into your registrations, your licensing processes, your stock or your expenses. You bring the liquidity. We bring the licence, the system and the person. That is the deal, and it is a fair one.
- We will not import or release batches ourselves. Products from outside the EU require an import authorisation and QP batch release. We work with partners who provide this, so the full chain stays compliant.
- We will not pretend. If your product cannot legally move under our authorisation, we will tell you in the first conversation, not the fifth.
Who should message in the next ten minutes
- Manufacturers from India, China, Turkey, the Gulf, Latin America, Southeast Asia - anywhere outside the fence - with a finished product and no EU entry point.
- Marketing authorisation holders who have the paper but not the warehouse.
- Traders with a deal that is stuck because nobody in it holds a European wholesale licence.
- Distributors who need a second supply route inside the EU that does not depend on one overstretched partner.
- Groups who would rather buy a licensed EU wholesaler than build one.
If that is you, there are maybe three hundred other people walking past you right now with the same problem. We are one company with one order book. First come, first served is not a slogan. It is arithmetic.
Do this now. Not after the show. You will get back to the hotel, open your laptop, and this page will be one of forty tabs. Do not let that happen.

P.S. Yes, the t-shirt was the entire marketing budget. The money went into the licence, the GDP system and the cold chain. Which, if you think about it, tells you exactly what kind of partner we are.
P.P.S. The licence link is real. Click it. Read it. Then ask yourself what happens if the person who scanned the shirt before you reads it first.
